Resumen

Guaranteeing, respecting and realizing human rights, including the right to vote, is
one of the fundamental duties of the state. This burden seems to be even greater when
the State is a member of a supranational organization, since it is also obliged to take care
of individuals who are citizens of other States in this regard. Therefore, it is crucial to
introduce such legal solutions as to fully guarantee the implementation of the rights
resulting from the applicable common legal regulations.
