Coste-beneficio de la justicia restaurativa frente al sistema penal tradicional español

Este trabajo compara el coste-beneficio de la justicia restaurativa con el sistema penal tradicional español. A través de la revisión de la literatura y mediante el uso de datos nacionales, se analizan los costes, la reincidencia y la satisfacción de las víctimas. Los resultados muestran que la justicia restaurativa reduce la reincidencia hasta un 40% y los costes en más de un 70%. Su implementación generaría importantes ahorros para el Estado y mejoras sociales. Como conclusión se obtiene que es una alternativa viable y recomendable en política pública.
