Abstract

With the present verdict that includes antecedents, investigation, report and conclusions, it is intended to study and solve the property and possession situation of the County of Regalados, created first and later granted by His Majesty King Filipe of Austria in the year 1641 to Pedro Gomes de Abreu. To do so, we will determine various aspects related to both the first holder of the noble grace and the title itself, his succession and the Monarch who creates and grants it.
