Abstract

A selection of the most representative and relevant judicial resolutions issued by the Extremadura Provincial Court of Cáceres has been carried out during the 2021 calendar year. Said resolutions correspond to the Civil jurisdictional order. These selected judgments have been the subject of comment, within the legal context that generated them, by a prominent magistrate specialized in said jurisdictional order.

    President of the 1st Section of the Provincial Court of Cáceres. He has been a lawyer at the Cáceres Bar Association. Judge in different Courts of First Instance and Instruction in Extremadura. Magistrate in Palencia and Cáceres. Former President of the Provincial Court of Cáceres. Lecturer at the School of Legal Practice, the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and External Practices at the Faculty of Law of the University of Extremadura. Author of various legal publications and Full Member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Extremadura.
