Abstract

A selection of the most representative and relevant judicial resolutions issued by the Extremadura Provincial Courts of Cáceres and Badajoz has been carried out during the 2021 calendar year. Said resolutions correspond to the Criminal jurisdictional order. These selected judgments have been the subject of comment, within the legal context that generated them, by a prominent magistrate specialized in said jurisdictional order.

  • María Félix Tena Aragón, High Court of Justice of Extremadura

    Current President of the High Court of Justice of Extremadura. She has been President of the Second Section of the Provincial Court of Cáceres and President of the Provincial Court of Cáceres. Member of the General Codification Commission in the procedural law section. Member of the drafting committee of the Law on Equality between Women and Men and against Gender Violence in Extremadura. Lecturer at the School of Legal Practice in Cáceres. Associate Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Extremadura. She has participated in numerous courses, seminars and conferences and is the author of dozens of articles.
