Abstract

A selection of the most representative and relevant judicial resolutions issued by the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura during the calendar year 2021 has been carried out. Said resolutions correspond to the Social jurisdictional order. These selected judgments have been the subject of comment, within the legal context that generated them, by a prominent magistrate specialized in said jurisdictional order.

Author Biography

  • Alicia Cano Murillo, High Court of Justice of Extremadura

    Graduate in Law from the University of Extremadura. After her competitive examination, she worked as a Judge of First Instance and Instruction in various courts in Extremadura. She joined the Las Palmas Court of First Instance No. 2 as a Magistrate, and was officially congratulated when she joined the Badajoz Social Court. Since 2000, she has been a Judge of the Social Division of the High Court of Justice of Extremadura. She has been awarded the 1st Class Cross of the Order of San Raimundo de Peñafort.
