Abstract

The recent enactment of the Telecommuting Law in the midst of the pandemic is a good opportunity to analyze how this type of work has evolved, in contrast to the classic face-to-face organized by the Workers' Statute. Without settling down to an orthodox bibliographic apparatus, an agile and rapid reading essay is carried out that succinctly trains the reader in the basic principles of this type of exercise of productive activity as an employee.
