  Full Professor of History of Law; Degree in Law from the University of Valladolid; Degree in History and PhD from the University of Salamanca; Visiting Professor of History of Law at the Intensive Doctorate Courses of the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina); his lines of research revolve around the legal-public institutional sphere of the Modern Hispanic and Indian eras; member of different academic corporate bodies.
