  Director of the Anuario de la Facultad de Derecho. University of Extremadura; Historian of Law; Degree in Law from the University of Valladolid; Degree in History and Doctorate from the University of Salamanca; Professor of History of Law at the Intensive Doctorate Courses at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina); Professor at the University of Extremadura; Secretary General of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Extremadura and member of different academic corporate bodies; his lines of research revolve around the public-legal institutional sphere of the Hispanic and Indian Modern Age.
