Abstract

The article analyses the aspects of the legal regulation of the restriction of parental authority, the concept of the restriction of parental authority, the content of parental authority, the main rights of the child in the application of the restriction of parental authority, and seeks to reveal the main problems that affect the application of the restriction of parental authority. The article draws attention to the different forms of limitation of parental authority. The article concludes that the restriction of parental authority is not compprehensive in ensuring the raights and legitimate interests of the child.
