In this classic paper, written more tan 60 years ago, Armin KAUFMANN raises and develops the idea that jurisprudence, as a science, must seek to hermeneutically determine what is just, based on positive law, but with the unsurmountable limits of the logical-objective structures of regulated reality, which ihn the case of Criminal Law takes shape in respect for the final structure of the hnuman action.
