This paper is a commentary on Judgment 67/2023 of the Constitutional Court about the inflation on the taxation of capital gains, not from the perspective of its analysis but from the grounds of its iniquity, that is, of those expressed by the eloquent dissenting vote in a way so emphatic as restrained.
