Abstract

A selection of the most representative and relevant judicial resolutions issued by the Extremadura Provincial Courts of Cáceres and Badajoz during the calendar year 2020 has been carried out. These resolutions correspond to the Civil jurisdictional order. These selected judgments have been the subject of comment by two prominent magistrates of these Extremadura courts, within the legal context that generated them.
