Abstract

A selection of the most representative and relevant judicial resolutions issued by the Extremadura Provincial Courts of Cáceres and Badajoz has been carried out during the 2020 calendar year. Said resolutions correspond to the Criminal jurisdictional order. These selected judgments have been the subject of comment, within the legal context that generated them, by a prominent magistrate specialized in said jurisdictional order.
