Abstract

A selection of the most representative and relevant judicial resolutions issued by the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura during the calendar year 2020 has been carried out. Said resolutions correspond to the Social jurisdictional order. These selected judgments have been the subject of comment, within the legal context that generated them, by a prominent magistrate specialized in said jurisdictional order.
