Abstract

In the last two years, numerous jurisdictional pronouncements of great relevance for the social branch of Law have been issued. The study that we present aims to extract those of significant relevance, either by modifying consolidated jurisprudential lines, or by addressing issues not previously dealt with. It was originally made to teach in the Master of Access to the Legal Profession, so it has been decided to keep it preferably informative.
